Well, this is awesome. It's only been a couple of hours, and already my good buddy Streetster 20 has helped me get the website + forums up. It's got a nice Steam theme, and the forums look like how the Steampowered forums used to look like. I'll be honest here, I didn't expect it to be up this quickly.
Now, I thought that I might have a bit more time to think about things before I wrote this, but here's what I've got. I have a feeling that it'd be a good idea to work with the Alien Swarm SDK and mod tools. It's got everything we need for the game, effects, healing, buildings and sentries. At the moment I'm playing around with things, and it seems fairly promising. But I'd rather let all of you decide what we're going to do. So go on, Go to the forums, spew out ideas like usual, tell me what you want, and for god's sake if you can help say so. Modellers, coders, mappers and people who can organize stuff are needed. Because if you think I'm going to do this alone you're sadly mistaken.
